WhatsApp's official format is wa.me followed by your full number in international format: no plus sign, no spaces and no leading zeros. The optional text parameter carries your message, percent encoded so spaces, line breaks and Arabic letters arrive intact.

Test every code with two different phones, print it at least 2.5 centimetres wide with the white border around it, and keep dark dots on a light background. A short message keeps the code less dense and quicker to scan from a distance.

Yes. A wa.me link opens a chat with any number registered on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, on phones and on WhatsApp Web. If the number is not registered, the chat will not open, so test the link once before you share it.
Yes. Type it in Arabic, English or both. The link encodes every character, so the message arrives exactly as written. Arabic letters take more space inside a link, so keep messages you print as QR codes short.
A logo covers part of the pattern, so the generator switches to the highest error correction level, H, which can recover about 30 percent of the code. The pattern gets denser as a result, so print it a little larger and scan it before you print.
